The Stiwdio 3 Gallery opened its doors in early December 2018 when Make it in Wales moved into its new venue, Stiwdio 3 on Cardigan High Street. The gallery has already attracted some tremendous local artists, with exhibitions from fine artists Helen Booth, Peter Rossiter and Glenn Ibbitson, who have kick-started our programme and set a wonderful precedent for us to build upon. We are also home to the Cardigan Cardigan, a giant hand knitted garment, made by the combined work of more than three hundred people from the local community, possibly the largest Cardigan in the world!
We are eager to represent and promote the work of local artists and artists across Wales, but we also welcome applications from further afield. We are now ready to take on more exhibitions and have opened our application process. We will also be reserving dates throughout the year for community exhibitions.
